Downtown Hayward Senior Apartments CHBA and Meta Housing Corporation recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a senior affordable community under construction in the City of Hayward, California. The community will feature 60 one and two bedroom apartments along with retail space. The construction will incorporate “green” building features and the property will feature a large courtyard, water feature, community room, multi-media room, outdoor barbecues and seating, communal kitchen, fitness center and a library. |
